How do we achive it? Step by step

People

Raising awareness in the entire organization about environmental issues is the first step in this direction. We hold meetings and organize  activities on ESG topics. We invest in smart solutions to make even the simplest gestures, like drinking coffee, sustainable.

The partnership with RE-CIG® allows us to make a small contribution to the circular economy in the production of a plastic polymer generated by the transformation of cigarette butts collected in the company area (www.re-cig.it).                                      

In collaboration with ESO®, our company participates in the back to work® program by collecting and recycling end-of-life work footwear. The recovered materials are reprocessed into secondary raw materials, which are subsequently utilized in the production of sports and recreational flooring (https://www.eso.it/rifiuti-dpi).

Energy

At our Crespellano facility, we have implemented a substantial photovoltaic system to boost our renewable energy generation. Our new warehouses are designed with sustainability in mind, incorporating energy-efficient LED lighting, solar water heating, and rainwater collection systems.

Sustainability Report

We are monitoring and analysing our KPI for the purpose of drawing up our sustainability report: one of the most important goals of the next 3 years.

EcoVadis certification

In 2023 we obtained the bronze medal by EcoVadis, making us among the top 50 percent of companies with the highest scores.

In 2024, we achieved the COMMITTED badge, awarded by EcoVadis. This badge confirms our commitment to our sustainability journey.
